Our roomy 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans offer an array of popular everyday amenities such as a built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, programmable thermostat for year-round comfort, ceiling fan with light fixture, spacious walk-in closets, extra storage, and wood-inspired flooring throughout with plush carpeting in the bedrooms.

Are your apartments pet friendly?
Yes, your furry friends are welcome at the Villages at Fiskville! Our pet policy allows two pets (dogs or cats) per apartment with a weight limit of 45 lbs per pet. A $300 deposit per pet is required. Please note: aggressive dog breeds are strictly prohibited.
